* Description of work
* In charge of tasks related to:
– Labor contracts for employees: drafting, for new employees to sign labor contracts, labor contracts, for employees with expired contracts to re-sign labor contracts.
– Insurance: working with relevant agencies and departments, reporting increases and decreases, making records for employees when sick, maternity….
– Personal income tax: Register MST for employees, make VAT documents for PIT finalization.
- Attendance Payroll.
- Handle employee's resignation proposal.
– Answer all questions about salary, monitor, update and report on personnel situation.
* Welfare policy:

Detailed Experience/Skills

- Graduated from College/University or higher;
– Candidates with 2 years of experience in the position of salary labor;
– Good attitude, polite communication, tact, hard work at work;
– Office computer: good Excel;
- Understand and apply labor law well in human resource activities.
